Usually taken during the junior year, TEFB 324 deals with the study and development of teaching skills necessary for applying instructional strategies, teaching general learning strategies, assessment, and analyzing and synthesizing multiple sources of data related to education and teaching. Emphasis is given to adolescent development and cultures and to teacher and school cultures as well as to models and theories of human behavior and diversity of learning styles.
Enrollment in this class is by approval of College of Education advisor only. Students must have completed TEFB 201(SCEN 289), INST 310, and TEFB 322 (EDCI 489) and have a GPR of 2.5 to register for this course. Please see the College of Education advisor the semester prior to enrollment in this course.
