Student teaching is the practicuum exprience that is to occur in your final semester after you have completed all other applicable and required coursework. During student teaching, you are assigned to a mentor teacher in a school and with this teacher you will work to become proficient in teaching, lesson planning, classroom management, and honing your skills as a new educator. This 12-week experience will prepare you to have classroom of your own!
